BURNOUT 2023: COSMIC CIRCUS
Come one come all the cosmic circus is about to begin! Burnout 2023 presented by Precipitation Northwest brings you 18 hours of entertainment and community galore.
When & Where:
Join us September 30th from 2pm to 8am to unlock the door to a whole new world at Portland's very own JaJa PDX.
Located at 819 SE Taylor St, Portland, OR 97214. Both inside and outside of JaJa PDX will be activated along with Taylor St. between 8th and 9th.
What:
We are bringing the heart of Burning Man to the heart of our city. Burnout is a choose-your-own experience gathering with live music, art installations, food and beverage, fire performances, an art gallery boasting live painters, and all of you!
Access and Restrictions:
The JaJa warehouse and parking lot will be a ticketed and 21+ event which features the two stages. But wait, don’t leave your kids behind as Taylor St. and The Haven will be free and open to all ages! The outside fire spinning and music can be enjoyed from Taylor St as well. Burnout will be a re-entry event so you can come and go as you please.
Preparation:
We encourage you to express yourself through fashion, bonus points if you dress with the cosmic circus theme in mind. Most importantly don’t forget to bring an extra layer so you can stay with us all night! Bathrooms, food & beverage, and harm reduction will be on site.
The Street Fair and The Haven art gallery will be open to all ages and free of charge to the public.

VOLUNTEERING: Burnout producers are still seeking volunteers for things like event setup and strike as well as Rangers.

Volunteers who work at least 4 hours receive a free ticket to the paid (21+) portion of the event.
